In the meanwhile, use coping mechanisms or talk to someone to take pressure off your mind and to distract you. Take care of your body. [Placing ice on the hurt areas, going to a doctor so the bones heal properly] and please please take it easy and be kind to yourself.
Relapse is just a part of recovery. It doesn’t mean you’re weak or anything. You’re very strong for coming here to talk and you have it in you to fight through this. I hope your recovery continues well.
